Friends of Pamet River is 100% volunteer-run. There are no salaries, no offices, and no overhead drawing from your gift. Every dollar we raise goes to grants that fund actions that protect, restore, and celebrate the Pamet River and Truro's coastal environment.

Expanding shellfish seeding of Truro beaches and Pamet Harbor

Remediation of invasive green crabs and other aquaculture threats

Eelgrass restoration in Pamet Harbor

Water quality monitoring across the watershed

Septic & cesspool upgrade assistance for income-eligible Truro residents

Salt marsh restoration and invasive phragmites removal

Promoting the Town's Pamet River Restoration Project

Promotion of adequate dredging in Pamet Harbor

Beach cleanups and public education at access points
